PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Oakbuild Consult has the expertise in managing project from inception to completion. We provide project management services to achieve the principle of cost quantity and time efficiency.
ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES
At Oakbuild Limited, we as built professionals ensure the Client’s requirement are well defined and expressed in the Architectural designs and strictly adhered to.
We provide as required to design of all types of buildings in pursuant to standard practice. In addition we prepare finishing schedule and detail specifications for the work and coordinate the assignment of all works to be executed.
QUANTITY SURVEYING
We advise Clients on the appropriate type of procurement system to be adopted;
We visit the various project locations to ascertain sources and prices of construction material and determine peculiar characteristics in same; We invite contractors to tender for the works based on the procurement route advised and agreed with the Client, prepare the contract documents for the works in the entire project.
We evaluate tenders submitted to select the best evaluated tenderer for the work and given recommendations to the Client for smooth implementation and delivery of the project.
CIVIL/STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING
We design all civil and structural component of any project, drawings and detailing with detailed specification for all structural and civil works. The Structural Engineer check all drawings to be used for approval at the Local Authority and supervise all the structural/civil engineering aspects of projects.
ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING
We design and draw all the electrical engineering aspect of the project with precise detailing. Provide specification for all the electrical services. We supervise all electrical works that have been constructed in accordance with international design standards.
MECHNICAL ENGINEERING
We design and draw all the mechanical engineering aspect of the project. We take care of the supervision of all mechanical works that have been constructed in accordance with international design standard.s
The Geotechnical Engineer conducts soil test and analyse the strength of soil (if necessary) of the site selected by the Client for the project.
GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING
The Geotechnical Engineer surveys property land and prepares the Cadastral and Topographical plans and ensures accurate and precise mapping proposed site for the implementation or architectural designs and drawings in respect of projects.
